Who we are

This website is operated by Softmedya Bilişim ve Yazılım Hizmetleri (“Softmedya”), Bağlar Mah., Enver Subaşı İş Merkezi, Floor 2, Güroymak / Bitlis, Türkiye. For any privacy question, write to info@softmedya.com.tr.

No cookies, no tracking

softmedya.net does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Everything on the site is served from our own server.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records technical information about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser (user agent) and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and running, and keep them no longer than necessary for that purpose.

Contact form and e-mail

The contact form does not send anything to our servers — it opens your own e-mail app with the message pre-filled. When you e-mail or call us, we use your details only to answer your request and, if we work together, to provide our services.

Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may, among other things:

• find out whether we process your personal data and request information about it;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, or for your data to be deleted;
• object to outcomes that arise solely from automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
